Through Lucideon’s UKAS ISO 17025:2017-accredited UK and approved overseas laboratories, we offer manufacturers, retailers, and importers full materials and product testing of all tabletop and giftware items to international standards, including the full suite of standardised toxic metal release testing for ceramic ware, glassware, and cookware, to cover most countries and their associated regulations.

Performance Testing of Ceramics

 

We have supported the global ceramics industry for over 100 years and with experience in the testing of finished ceramic tiles and ancillary products, Lucideon’s experts provide:

  • finished product testing
  • benchmarking products against competitors’ products or the client’s newly developed products
  • floor and wall tile testing of all categories to ISO 10545
  • testing of slip resistance to BS 7976 (pendulum) and DIN 51130 / 51097 (ramp)
