Jenny Ware
Head of Human Resources (UK)
Jenny Ware joined the Lucideon team on 18th September 2023. Her specialism is HR, and she has a passion for helping to create an environment where colleagues can be their best and businesses can perform at their best through a combination of colleague engagement, learning & development, coaching, wellbeing, organisation design, culture, and supporting change and growth through the business.
Jenny comes to Lucideon with a wealth of experience, having spent over 25 years in her chosen field. She spent 10 years working in an IT engineering firm, creating IT systems for airports, with offices around the world, including Raleigh Durham in the US; a business with a very similar profile to Lucideon.
Jenny then spent 6 years at Citation who provide business services such as HR, H&S, ISO audits, and Fire Risk Assessments to SME businesses in the UK. During her time there the company went through a period of rapid growth but always focused on keeping people at the heart of what they did.
In her chosen role no two days are the same, ranging from strategic, big-picture, long-term projects, to supporting the team and colleagues across the business. One minute Jenny could be deep in a spreadsheet or a legal issue and the next, talking to a colleague about a sensitive issue. It’s this variety that Jenny finds so appealing about her role.
