The award reflects the incredible work carried out across our business by our fantastically talented colleagues, day after day, at each of our sites in the UK, US, and beyond.
Our team on the night included Lucideon representatives from apprentices just starting their careers with us, all the way through to long-term stalwarts with over forty years of distinguished service.
The Innovation award aims to recognise organisations that embed the spirit of innovation within the culture of the company, making it a core part of their ethos; we believe that this description suits Lucideon perfectly, and aim to carry this on as we continue to progress into new business areas and global regions.
