Lucideon recently worked with EcoMESH Adiabatic Systems Ltd, producers of EcoMESH, an innovative adiabatic cooling system for use in air-cooled chillers, dry coolers, and refrigeration plants
To secure approvals and meet regulatory requirements, the unique configuration of EcoMESH required a tailored testing approach as established standards for testing performance and durability were unavailable.
Lucideon's expertise and adaptability allowed us to modify existing tests that were already part of the accredited testing schedule to accommodate the unique characteristics of the adiabatic mesh and frame used by EcoMESH.

The enclosed chambers of Lucideon's wind loading rig provided the flexibility needed to adjust the testing procedures as necessary. By reconfiguring the rig and tailoring the wind loading tests, Lucideon was able to simulate real-world conditions that the EcoMESH system would encounter over time. These adaptations yielded meaningful results, demonstrating the durability and long-term performance of the mesh and frame.
As a result, EcoMESH could confidently offer a 25-year guarantee on their product, enabling them to expand their market reach and comply with stringent regulatory standards in various countries.
