Dual-fuel flexibility
Our Thermodynamic Kiln is a hybrid system that can operate using both gas and electric power, either independently or in combination. This flexibility ensures optimal firing conditions tailored to the specific needs of each product, leading to improved process efficiency and product consistency.

Advanced monitoring and control
The kiln is equipped with 12 thermocouples, 5 viewing ports with infrared and ultraviolet cameras, and an emissions monitoring system. This allows for real-time monitoring and control of the sintering process, ensuring that all critical parameters are managed to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Mass measurement throughout the cycle
With an integrated load cell at the base, the Thermodynamic Kiln continuously measures the mass of the kiln load throughout the firing cycle. This data provides valuable insights into material changes, enabling precise adjustments to the process as needed.
