Lucideon Expands Structures Team with New Recruits
Lucideon has recruited two new mechanical engineers to join its construction delivery team.
Osheanne Hogan, MEng, and Alexander Jackson, BEng, will support the delivery of projects for Lucideon's construction clients and help develop new methods and processes.
Osheanne said: "This is a great opportunity to apply my knowledge in a real world environment, one that offers a wide range of exposure to the different challenges that construction and structural engineering professionals face."
Alexander added: "It is an exciting time to be joining Lucideon as they are undergoing a lot of growth and development. There is a lot to learn but I can already see where the company is looking to develop, and I’m looking forward to being a part of that."
In their new roles, Osheanne and Alexander will plan projects alongside clients and oversee projects from the testing process through to the final report. This includes applying a knowledge of materials and their chosen application, alongside data interpretation, to provide the most meaningful results.
Joanne Booth, Business Manager, Construction, said: "We have grown significantly in recent years, not only in regulatory testing, but also in innovative, outside the box projects. Having Osheanne and Alexander join the team will help us to continue to push the boundaries with our clients."
Lucideon works throughout the lifecycle of construction products and systems, and buildings, from developing new materials and laboratory testing, to factory production control and on-site investigations.
