Condition Surveys

We carry out condition surveys to monitor and flag up any problems with the structural, aesthetic or durability integrity of a building throughout its life.

Such a survey may be required to programme in maintenance or repair works, helping to maintain the building in good condition, on budget.  A condition survey is also required ahead of defining a maintenance program or prior to handing over a building to a new tenant or facility management company.

Our experienced engineers will attend site and carry out an initial visual survey allowing a full inspection schedule to be developed.  This could include a program of structural and safety testing or sampling of materials to assess their condition with regards to durability or strength retention.

Let us work with you to ensure that your building is well maintained.  This will have the benefit of it costing less to run over the long-term and will also reduce the risks of failures or accidents, thereby reducing the risks of future litigation risks.
