Condition Surveys

We conduct condition surveys to examine and highlight any structural, aesthetic, durability or integrity problems during the lifetime of a building.

A condition survey may be required when initiating a maintenance program or when handing over a building to a new tenant or facility management company. The surveys are particularly useful in helping to uphold the condition of a building.

Our team of experienced engineers can carry out initial visual surveys onsite in order to develop a full inspection schedule. The schedule could involve developing a program of structural and safety testing or sampling of materials for condition testing.

We can work with you to confirm that your building is well maintained. This can have additional advantages such as the reduction of long-term financial expenditure, exposure to failures or accidents, and litigation risks
