The interactive and informal workshop will involve discussion and practice designed to provide introductory level knowledge and skills, which will assist delegates in beginning to undertake audits within their organizations.

As well as an overview of what auditing is, topics will also include the definition of evidence and what constitutes a non-conformance.

The morning workshop will be led by Nick Gerrard, a Lucideon lead trainer and principal consultant at Gerrard Associates and Tim Watts, Operations Manager, Assurance at Lucideon.
