Lucideon to Exhibit at ICSE in Madrid
Lucideon is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting at ICSE, the pharmaceutical contract service provider show that is co-located at CPhI in Madrid in October.
Lucideon will be showcasing its range of quality control testing services which includes pharmaceutical chemistry and microbiology testing as well as stability storage and accelerated ageing capabilities.
A £1.5 million investment saw Lucideon open its state-of-the-art pharmaceutical testing laboratories at its headquarters in Stoke-on-Trent in early 2014.
Parmjit S Bilan, who heads up the pharmaceutical team, and who will be at the exhibition said: “We’re excited to be able to show visitors to ICSE what we can offer. I think many of them will be surprised to find that we’re quite different from other pharmaceutical laboratories as we have a comprehensive range of other analytical capabilities that we can draw upon, such as advanced surface analysis.
“When you add this to the high quality service and fast turnaround that we offer, we believe we’re the first choice for the pharmaceutical industry.”
Facilities include both chemistry and microbiology laboratories providing pharmacopoeial testing (BP, Eur. Ph., USP, JP), quality control (batch release) testing, method development and validation, raw material analysis, stability storage and water testing as well as full microbiology testing including sterility, endotoxin and bioburden determinations.
Lucideon also provides a range of technology platforms for drug delivery of oral formulations, including a controlled release technology, and iCRT-deter, an abuse deterrent platform.
