Adam is currently working towards his EngD in Ballistic Ceramics with the University of Surrey. He holds an MSc in Advanced Materials, also awarded by the University of Surrey.

Adam graduated from University of Exeter with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering.  He undertook a placement with Lucideon working with its Technical Consultancy team while for his Doctorate in Engineering.

Adam is hoping to formally complete his EngD in early 2017 and is now working full time with Lucideon as Technical Consultant, Advanced Materials.  He is also a member of IOM3.

Adam works closely with clients and in-house teams to develop novel materials and materials solutions for advanced ceramics for a wide range of industries such as conventional ceramics and for aerospace and defence applications.  Adam also works closely with the Field Enhanced Sintering (FES) team, find more on that project here.
